The artwork shown here is by Frank Kozik. It was commissioned by Wax Trax for the Loudspeaker single. Though the single was never released on Wax Trax due to an artist transfer to Megaforce Records it was released in the UK and Europe by Alternative Tentacles. The artwork for that release was executed by Guy Aitchison.
This artwork has and is traveling the film festival circuit alongside the screenings of the Wax Trax Documentary “Industrial Accident” as an archive exhibit in the Wax Trax pop up shop.
